Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the My Gaming Accounts website (the “Service”).
My Gaming Accounts is a site that provides ranked Counter Strike Global Offensive accounts. The buying and selling of the Steam accounts are against Steam’s TOS. You accept the full risk of purchasing an account. If Steam limits or in anyway revoke your account My Gaming Accounts will only replace or refund the account if you are within the 14 day warranty period. Outside of this 14 day period, we will not refund or replace any accounts due to Steam intervention.
Playing a competitive matchmaking game on an account constitutes full acceptance of the account as it was received. If your account arrived at a different rank then what you purchased, please contact us before playing any competitive matchmaking games on it. We will refund the difference or replace the account. If you have played any competitive games we cannot help you with the rank difference at all.
DELIVERY METHOD AND TIME
Products are sent as soon as possible via e-mail (the one which the end user registers on the website) after processing the order. The estimated delivery time is one minute to twenty-four hours submitting the order in the system. If the order delivery is delayed once five minute period has passed, the customer should contact our customer service by live chat or e-mail.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body. All products are virtual game’s accounts. The currency is USD. Therefore, there is no shipping costs or taxes on the website.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We shall not issue refunds for ranked accounts in the following condition:
1. Any account purchased from us and VAC banned due to cheats or any other illegal activity use by the end-user will not be entertained by My Gaming Accounts.
2. My Gaming Accounts will not be responsible for the accounts sell by the end-user to any other person.
3. Any individual try to scam or cheat with My Gaming Accounts will be banned from our services and earlier accounts purchase from us will be confiscated. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our accounts.
4. We do not issue any refunds in case of any fraudulent activity (such as stolen cards) as our products are digital goods and once delivered they cannot be taken back.

When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “G2A Pay services provider”) to make a purchase on our website, responsibility for your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A.COM is becoming a Merchant of Record over your purchase. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements which can be found under the link https://pay.g2a.com/terms-and-conditions and are not subject to the Terms on this website.
In order to proceed with the payment transaction, you temporarily entrust the G2A.COM with the subject of the transaction, and G2A.COM takes responsibility for the product and for the transaction processing.
We and/or entities that sell products on our website by using G2A Pay services are primarily responsible for warranty, maintenance, technical or product support services for those Products. We and/or entities that sell products on our website are primarily responsible to users for any liabilities related to fulfillment of orders, and EULAs entered into by the End-User Customer. G2A Pay services provider is primarily responsible for facilitating your payment.
